The ladder: prove the gap on your own model (Public) → verify our inventory on an allow-listed set (Evaluation) → measure it on your held-out data in a scoped paid pilot with the full provenance moat (Validation Program) → license the whole ecosystem (Founding Partner). One credential carries across every subdomain at every level.
For non-equity funders (grant / philanthropic / impact capital), not AI labs: an invite-only, guided walkthrough of the consented corpus across the funder's chosen product domains — all languages, sample audio (cap 15), provenance visible, no bulk export. Granted by allowlist, managed by BantuNomics admin.
